Below is the outline with a detailed explanation of each part.  It is an old
evaluation form I used in classes.  It too can be printed using the same
methods as above.
DELIVERY
Below is another evaluation form I use to help students understand and better prepare their presentations
DIRECTIONS:  Use this form to guide your oral evaluation of another student’s presentation,
                     but write out  the evaluation on another paper so you can keep this form for future use

the presentation.
