Special Announcements.
Remember
If you have sound or video in your Portfolio presentation, be sure that file is in the same
folder as your PPt file. Be sure you have a sound check icon on the Title page or Splash page
preceding the title page. Before making your presentation--check the sound. Copy the FOLDER to
the presentation computer upon entering the class. If you have sound, be sure to copy the whole
FOLDER to the presentation computer.

6. Copy your PORTFOLIO folder
7. Complete the Class Evaluation

Dump your portfolio

on either Dr. Bobbert's

computer or his

Flash Drive

When you have completed your final,

dump it

on Dr. Bobbert's Flash drive

10. Sign up for presenting your PPT.
11. Final grades may not be available on Class 8.

Notes:

You may do your Portfolio on your

own

computer,

but

must

also

dump

copy

the

Folder

Dr. Bobbert's

flash drive.

        You must do the final on the lab computer
        unless there is an good reason to use your
      own computer

Dr. Bobbert may show the very best

presentations to

other classes. If you don't want

your material displayed in

other classes then be

sure to tell him. Would also help

that after your

presentation that you put

"not for display"

on the

title page,

so he can delete your file after all

grades are recorded at

Midway College.

Portfolio FOLDER should be titled as follows":

Class Activities
1. Instructor Explain how final grades will
be assessed using a form similar to the
on below.
2. The first 5 presenters will not get the
written final until they have completed their
written final.
3. All others may present their final
portfolio only after handing in their written
final.
4. Those getting obviously getting an A as
a class grade may leave after the
instructor has dismissed them.
5. All other students will remain until all
have made their presentations. Any one
leaving early will have points deducted
from their final grade
6. If you missed 2 or more classes do not
expect an A -- you missed 20% of the
class.
